The Vortex
The Vortex is a ground-breaking advanced thermal conversion technology, producing clean heat that can be used in a variety of ways.
Waste is processed through the mill and reduced to <10mm. The waste is automatically fed into the Vortex for Advanced Thermal Treatment at over 1400⁰C resulting in ultra-low emissions.
The heat produced from the 98% conversion process is recovered for different uses. The 2% solid residue is completely inert and is recovered to be used in road construction or building materials.

Waste is volatilized at between 1400⁰C - 1700⁰C in the firenado.

Exhaust air at 1100⁰C – 1200⁰C is expelled with low emissions.
