The Clean6 Vortex
The Clean6 Vortex is a ground-breaking advanced thermal conversion technology, producing clean heat that can be used in a variety of ways.
Waste is processed through the mill and reduced to <10mm. The waste is automatically fed into the Clean6 Vortex for Advanced Thermal Treatment at over 1400⁰C resulting in ultra-low emissions.
The heat produced from the 98% conversion process is recovered for different uses. The 2% solid residue is completely inert and is recovered to be used in road construction or building materials.

Waste is loaded into the Feed Hopper.

Waste is fed via the screw feed into the Vortex destruction chamber.

Waste is volatilized at between 1400⁰C - 1700⁰C in the firenado.

Exhaust air at 1100⁰C – 1200⁰C is expelled with low to no emissions.
