Solutions - Waste to Energy Process

We provide and operate Bespoke Modular Solutions to recycle or process waste, using the cutting-edge Clean6 Vortex at the heart of the process. Any Waste that cannot be recycled is used as fuel in our Waste to Energy Solutions.

The Clean6 Vortex

The Clean6 Vortex is a ground-breaking advanced thermal conversion technology, producing clean heat that can be used in a variety of ways.

Waste is processed through the mill and reduced to <10mm The waste is automatically fed into the Clean6 Vortex for Advanced Thermal Treatment at over 1400oC resulting in ultra-low emissions. The heat produced from the 98% conversion process is recovered for different uses. The 2% solid residue is completely inert and is recovered to be used in road construction or building materials.

Heat Recovery Options

The heat energy generated from the Clean6 advanced thermal treatment process can be used in a variety of ways. All non-recyclable waste will be subject to Advance Thermal Treatment through the Clean6 Vortex and the maximum Heat Energy recovered and can be used in:
